Final Epic 3 Validation Implementation Summary

Overview

This implementation provides comprehensive validation infrastructure for the final Epic 3 acceptance tests (Issue #108), including:

AT-E3-008: Continuous Discovery Process
AT-E3-010: Usability Testing Infrastructure
AT-E3-011: Product Analytics Platform
AT-E3-012: Complete Epic 3 Documentation

What Was Created

1. Validation Scripts

`scripts/validate-at-e3-008.sh` (NEW)

Validates the continuous discovery process with 25 checks across 6 categories:

Discovery Workflow Documentation: Playbook existence, comprehensiveness, key sections
Usability Testing Integration: Guide, templates, setup
Advisory Board Setup: Meeting guide, structure
Epic 3 Documentation Completeness: Index, guides, runbooks, APIs, diagrams
Platform User Readiness: Service deployments (feedback, SPACE metrics, analytics, feature flags)
Epic 3 Acceptance Tests Status: Validation scripts existence

Validates complete Epic 3 documentation with 30 checks across 10 categories:

Comprehensive orchestration script that runs all 4 final tests:

Executes AT-E3-008, 010, 011, 012 in sequence
Collects results from each test

Creates JSON report
Provides actionable feedback

Note: Fixed AT-E3-012 comment which previously said "Experimentation Framework" but should be "Complete Epic 3 Documentation".
